  WHY CNG ?

After having accomplished success, in the field of education, Mechvac has now embarked on the journey by expanding their work activity into manufacturing of CNG cylinders for the following two reasons:

    1. Availability of immense space available at Mechvac.
    2. To target the average growth of approx 30.6% since 2000 in the field         of CNG cylinders.

The growth however is evident with many countries opting for CNG vehicles to meet the aggressive fuel emission reduction over the next decade.

    a. To help in Environment protection / Alternate Fuel.
    b. Major Cities are making it compulsory for public transport.

  
 
   

 
EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE

The existing infrastructure can handle markets up to 360 mm diameter and lengths 1600 mm .The organization is equipped
with a dynamic team to meet the preset demands globally.

Typical specifications:
  • 70 L volume up to 140 L volume water capacity.
  • Diameters exceeding up to 360 mm diameter.
  • Lengths extended up to 1600 mm.
  • The cylinders are tested and approved as per
    NGV-2-07 and ISO 11439
  • Cylinders tested up to pressures over 200 bar .

The infrastructure can be stretched up to 600 mm diameter and length 3200 mm.

  The institute will be focusing on the following academic courses
